Information we collect

Account details (name, mobile, email, date of birth, gender), application details (family, address, NID, education, experience, skills), uploaded files (such as your CV), and payment references (gateway and transaction ID).

How we use it

To create your account, process your job applications, verify payments, show your application status, and contact you about your applications.

Who can see it

Your application details are visible to Career Grid administrators and are shared with the employer of the job you apply for. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and forms are protected against common attacks. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember your language choice.
